insulin metabolism

So, for the first time in 6 days since starting chromium and taking 200mcg 3x daily i had some intense stress and what seems like lowblood sugar. i ate a chocolate bar and it got better.

it seemed to be precipitated by maybe some mold infected tomatoes (or just tomatoes in general)...and the day before something slightly less serious from some almonds, probably mold too. at night i also drank some homemade wine from wild grapes that had very low alcohol content and probably some vinagre content, and at the time it didnt seem to negatively affect my metabolism, though i understand that alcohol can strongly affect Sugar metabolism and hypoglycemia...it probably had high vitamin c however and it made my body feel good.

now im wondering, because the chromium made such a dramatic difference in the past 5 days, if this deficiency is precipitated by an immune reaction to unfriendly foods...like i could have sufficient chromium and insulin if my adrenals arent stressed and cortisol is not released in an immune reaction to intolerable foods. could this reactivity be diminishing my ability to have solid metabolic function?

should i try some vanadium too for insulin function? i am already taking chromium and pantothenic acid (with a b complex....and i just got some alma tea for adrenals

this reactivity to molds, many would subscribe to candida or to leaky gut?

now i have a personal theory that this metabolic disorder was precipitated by long term low level intoxification with alcohol from gut fermentation, which i definately experienced for months.

this is as i understand it: if happening in the ileum this alcohol fermentation would bypass the liver, going to the bloodstream and kidneys, simultaneously stressing the nearby adrenals and any sense of balance. i also fruit fasted and my intestines stopped moving for some time. this constant sourcing of energy from fruit sugars and the decrease in stomach acid levels and pancreatic secretions (fruit requires little work to be digested) seems to compromise the bodies ability to source nutrition from other places, and that is a condition that is continuing in changing ways in my body.

making some alma tea now,

thanks,
