Hi Eva, I mainly use jiaogulan, and rooibos, I make a litre of tea with both of these, and drink throughout the day. They are both quite strong so I use one tea bag,(on teaspoon) of each per day. I am going to try tulsi tea as well, this is another adaptogen. I am using up my supply of Maca, but I didn't find it to be as effective as the jiaogulan. This time last year I was told I was in peri-menopause, after Iodine and companions, and some adaptogens, I am no where near menopause :)
