Re: amount of oil?

My one experiment with taking more than a half cup of oil made me feel nauseated and sickish the next day and I got out NO stones. I won't do it again. My experience said more is NOT better and in fact was worse! I felt so puny and sick to my stomach all day and to add insult to injury I wasted all that $16 a bottle Bariani oil!

When I only use a half cup of oil I get out lots of stones AND feel great and energetic the next day! Tweet
