I think there are so many "gotchas" to do with pH readings that it's not easy to address them all here. For instance, there is no consensus on what reading you should get from the urine. There is a consensus on saliva though, and it should be over 7.0 (but with a few caveats like when you ate, etc.)

For my own purpose I consider 6.5 to be acidic, although not scary like below 6.0.

The more you read about pH the more gotchas you'll find like how eating animal protein meals at night will cause the AM urine reading to go alkaline. It's not a good sign - the body is dumping alkaline minerals.

Your sodium level seems in range, but sodium itself is a topic with many gotchas.
