Epsom salt alternative?

I've done my first flush months ago and I got some stones out, very small ones. I haven't done another one since because I have a problem, in my rectum, being really irritated, 'cause I have another condition called Inverse Psoriasis, and when Epsom salty water comes out I see sparks..(hurts)...So is there an alternative to the Epsom Salts ?
