a very interesting thread this one, and yes jasmine we live and learn in the correct way of post-fast eating: what might seem only a little can be an awful lot for the body to handle, and we suffer the consequences.
This happened to me in the early 90's after only a relatively short fast: what seemed only a small amount of food was just too much too soon.

"Still considered "to completion" if i am not mistaken, though i hope to be corrected if i am wrong about this :). My only sign was the unmistakable, unrelenting return to hunger which i had to fight through for 8 hours to complete a full 30 days".

You most definitely went to completion Mighty as the return of hunger IS "unrelenting", with a growing intensity in the demand for nourishment.
