Liver Flush #2
Okay, I did
Liver Flush #2. My first one was in July. I had been traveling a lot after that. I wanted to do #2 a month ago but then I came down with a flu for 3 weeks, know you're not supposed to flush when you're sick.
This weekend was convenient so I flushed, also I want to start
parasite cleansing, I thought I'd start off with a flush as well as end with a flush.
I drink apple cider vinegar 1-3 times everyday as a habit. I usually have carrot apple juice for lunch. Friday (day of flush) I only ate one apple as far as solid food goes, but I did have about 20
oz. of apple carrot beet ginger juice, as well as about 16
oz. of freshly juiced
Sugar cane, and drank approx. 4 cups of fresh pao d'arco tea in the afternoon. Took two doses of
Epsom Salts , although never really got any results from that at night. I drank water right up to the 2nd dose of
Epsom Salts . Used safflower/grapefruit around 11:15 pm, had a bit of trouble this time getting it down, it's so thick and oily! But the peppermint candies were GREAT at keeping nausea at bay as I lay very still on my right side for 30 minutes before I went to sleep.
I slept until 12:30 noon although I did get up and urinate once around 9 am. Took two cups of warm water, then another dose of
Epsom Salts around 1 pm. Had rather violent though strong "squirts" but not a lot of amount. Results thus far: some foam, some chaff, and a few little green floating stones. I looked at several drugstores for an enema kit but they don't seem to have them here (not in america now). Anyway, I ate some grapes around 4 pm, drank some peppermint tea, and then had some vegetarian indian curries with rice at 6pm. I feel good, overall. Wishing to see some better results, but since I drink apple cider vinegar all the time perhaps the stuff is all broken down? Or maybe it's still inside me, although at this point it's been 24 hours. And I'm young and don't have any particular health problems, so perhaps I don't have a lot of stones (although I assume I do).
Anyway just wanted to share. If I get any more results, I'll add them.
