Some advise needed re time to do a parasite cleanse

Hello experts out there:

I know I'm supposed to do the parasite cleanse before I do the liver flush, but I was experiencing some discomfort on my right side, so I went ahead and did the flush. Unfortunately, nothing has resulted. But now I want to do the parasite flush. How long should I wait before doing it? Thanks.
