Suction sounds un-natural to me. And yeah, I have no doubt the domesticated pets bleed because look at most foods...cereal being the first ingredient when meat should be the first listed ingredient.

My daughter bleeds excessively (IMO) - 5 days and she just started within this past year.

But she's 13 and her diet is lousy. LOUSY! There's only so much I can do and promote without pushing and coming off like a nag. The best thing I can do is eat the healthy stuff and fats in front of her...showing her. And when things are slow in the BM department, then I push the fruits.

She can see that yes, I'm still over-eating...but I am consuming whole raw, fruits, nuts, and fats (specifically the raw virgin coconut oil and first-cold-pressed olive oil). The coconut oil has really helped my thyroid (holy cow) since I got more consistant with it.

Can you tell from my happier mood? lololol (I actually have enough energy to exercise again, too! hallejuah!)
