its hard to find someone in the natural world that is so honest and intelligent. Most are just their to sell their own products most of which are just absolute crap.

The information isnt diluted here from any aspect which is great, i can come here and get a good view on how herbs and other natural therapys work in much layman terms which is great.

kudos to you for taking the time to do this everyday for nothing, as it does take a fair amount of time to answer everyones posts and PMs.

You do need to work on your book though lol, im dying to learn more and feel abit cheeky asking questions all the time.
