Wow, my last period was 7 days long instesd of the usual 4ish. Still feels like period time here on my 8th day. Awful!

I have only recently begun taking the magnascent as we are supposed to: on an empty stomach w water.

I wonder if that is doing something different with my hormones? I hope it doesn't stay this way.

I am 42 so maybe this doesn't have a thing to do with Iodine supplementing at all.

I did take Olive Leaf Extract for a couple of days, but I don't think that is the reason for this long drawn out period business.

Any wisdom would be appreciated!
