i am adjusting my take on selenium. for the most part, it must be a methylated form if a supplement is taken. the kind from yeast is not good. other factors come into play with selenium supplementation. i am still re-thinking it all.
basically, Iodine makes everything work better. this can show a defect in a biologic process that wasnt a problem before. taking a break from Iodine can clear a lot of things up. most people need to do the basics if they havent already, or even revisit them because we all let things slip sometimes - hydration, food mixing, cleanses and flushes of all kinds. a lack of certain nutrition or a glut of something can also be a problem. look your situation over carefully and see what it is you might need to adjust.
