The best thing to do is to listen to your body.... The cleanses will help you soooo much. When you start releasing the old junk( both physically and mentally-emotionally-spiritually) you might be over helmed... but you always have the choice to slow down. Take it day by day.... and dont be hard on yourself. Try some visualizing when things get tough... imagine the pain and saddness, guilt and anger releasing back into the earth..see your lower chakras healed and brilliant(even if your just imagining) It seems that it would really help to talk to your therapist about the issues you metioned... It really helps to vocalize and get the feelings out. In my own experience i was always afraid to deal with the feelings of my childhood.. but when i started to explore more it was so scary... I just found lots and angry and sad little kids inside myself waiting patiently for me to pay attention to them and take responcibility for my healing.
