Yeah, muscle and being out of shape would do that.
I know what you mean. I used to get "strains" and pain holding up a blow dryer trying to dry my hair! The worst was while on a 60 day fast and medication that's known for "burning muscle"
Easy fix -
Get your protein intake up. Even if you're vegan and need to do some hemp protein powder shake or something.
Make sure you're getting minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium..Since these are all related to muscle and preventing spasms, cramps, etc. Lots of "mineral" supplments have these as a pill all-in-1 if you don't want to get it from foods.
Exercise to actually straighten and build muscle. Even a 20 minute aerobic video 3x a week will help because they actually make you use your arms. If you get tired and crampy just bringing your arms from your sides to above your head, then yeah, you're out of shape.
ps. I also hate when people suggest "cancer" or "parasites" for every little thing on here.
