Try squatting.


Try Squatting, several times daily for a minute or 2. Helps in moving the bowels.

U can use a wall for support.
Or you can hold something in front of you and squat on your toes..

Squatting helps in making pelvic floor muscles stronger and also eases in evacuation.

Thats what I do and feel great.
