Juniper berries are the best for strengthening the pancreas. They also function like insulin, so they will drop your blood sugar. For this reason I recommend taking them with a little food in your stomach. Dosage will depend on the form you take.
Gymnema sylvestre is another good choice. It is a sugar blocker, and has been shown to help regenerate pancreatic beta cells. This should be taken before meals.
Finally I recommend chromium polynicotinate (not picolinate) 200mcg 3 times daily with meals. This is actually to help maintain insulin sensitivity.
I don't know what is in the Adrenal Complex, but if it is a glandular I would avoid it. Glandulars can shut our own glands down.
