Re: The Sad Side of Fasting

I am a hunter metaphorically. Never actually killed an animal bigger than a mouse.

Bowel movements are pretty much non existant. SInce I eat pemmican, and it has nearly 100% digestion rate, because the fat absorbs and does not pass, and the dry meat is pretty much just dust, and hardly anything else, the bowel movements happen maybe once a week. It has only been 5 weeks on zero carb and 3rd week on pemmican. But mostly it is just that. From what I understand a huge proportion of the fecal matter is just dead bacteria from the intestine in a norman SAD (Standard Amrican Diet) Individual.
