Re: What does the Calcium Hydroxide do?

Besides reacting with the Fluoride and Chloride in the water to form Calcium Fluoride and Calcium Chloride, which relieves a couple of concerns people have about the quality of the water we bath in, it also effects the nitrogen in the body to help the lymph system to become more alkaline.

IMHO, people who are new to using this protocol should wait until they have done many of the regular espom salts and hydrogen peroxide baths first before adding the Calcium Hydroxide. It is very powerful and if too much is used when a person is very sick, can make them feel very ill.

If too much is used you risk making your lymph system too acidic, which is just the opposite than what you want. Each individual will react differently....and when you are ready to try it, start out with only a teaspoon in the bath. Perhaps in time you can up the amount to a Tablespoon.
