Over here in San Francisco, I've noticed a lot of spraying over the past couple of months. Unfortunately, there has recently been so much mold on our local fruits. Out of the apples and grapes we received the other day, *most* are infected. It's this white stuff -- appears web-like on the stems of the apples, and the outsides of the apples smell bad.
Is this likely what I think it is? I don't know why else so great a quantity of local food would be so moldy right when we get it, and I've heard a lot about trails and their mold toxins.
