The only thing i can say is expect to go nuts. Some days I noticed I was eating to much the other days I noticed I was eating way to little.
The best thing with the fast is that it shrinks your stomach. So you need less to be full. I just forced my self to eat three square meals a day which were the right portions everyday. I burnt that habit into my brain. I haven't completely given up on Junk food like Pizza or soft drinks. But I make sure that when I do it. I never do it more then twice a week. Sometimes I can go for two months without a touch of junk food on my lips or even thinking about it.
The only thing I can say when you break your fast. Is to force your self into a eating habit that is good. After doing it for a while it won't be an effort.
