I'm on your team! I hope Day 1 of your fast went well. Maybe on this fast when you're having difficulty you can really focus on making good choices. I read something awhile ago that talked about re-training your mind to have a better relationship with food. It recommends filling up on water and thinking while you drink about why you're drinking it. You're drinking the water because it hydrates your body, because it sustains you and allows you to carry out your day's activities. I'm guessing theres lots of things you can try so that when you're ready to come off of your fast, you can re-enter the eating world with a different purpose.
