I am the F***ing idiot that will tell you to address your emotions because there are better ways of dealing with disappointment and frustration than serving undeserved anger on others. Your frustration at not achieving you gaols has resulted in inner feeling are seeking revenge. Your inner hurt and frustration has resulted in a form of self-sabotage. This self-sabotage brings with it the unconscious satisfaction of inflicting guilt on those around usóthat is, we secretly hope that our self-inflicted suffering will ďsayĒ to others, ďLook what you made me do to myself!Ē This is not good for you because you haven't really purged yourself of inner anger which is now eating you up from the inside. In order to live honestly and take full responsibility for your own life, you have to learn to put your hurt and anger onto the ďtableĒ in front of you so you can examine your emotions consciously. Remember that:
As things develop, you will adapt to changing circumstances and grow with them.
You may not get what I want when I want it; but you should have faith that things will work out in their own good time, for my ultimate benefit, as long as you remain calm and peaceful.Ē
You may not get what I want at all, and yet, in remaining calm and attentive, you may discover something else that you need even more than what you thought you wanted.
I was very angry through my illness and have tried many, many therapies and seen several doctors. It wasn't until I got some good psychology that things actually started getting getting better for me. When I took responsibility for my own health and stopped bothering about what other people thought of me I started to get better.
