Hi Molly,

It probably started out as one October
but then you began to expect the changes
and over time, you were able to lump all
your BIG changes into each October.

Best I can say is also along the lines
of Hv's advice. "Expect" that the changes
you have this month are going to be for
the better. Sometimes it is only with
hindsight that we see changes that seem
to be negative in a more positive light.

"Allowing" and a sense of surrender, but
in a cosmic sense too, also often helps
bring the peace and "change" we are
moving towards. Perhaps, you have also
subconsciously set up your Octobers to
be that time of the year where you reflect
and re-evaluate your directions. Many of
us use January for that purpose. Perhaps
way back when you had an October where
you had some "Eureka" moment or perhaps
it was a "Holey Sheet" moment, and it
has become the subconscious basis for
your hyper-vigilance or manifestations
to gather speed, each October. Actually,
look at your comfort level closer and if
you can allow the month to unfold and if
a choice or decision does not feel comfy
for you, do not force it, or swim against
the tide. Keep going with the flow and
you may have an easier time of it. Knowing
you are an artist also makes me consider
that your mind would also work to make
some of these changes more dramatic and
more pivotal or creative. The key also to
your perception is that you are NOT sitting
on the couch so-to-speak, and you are
experiencing change. Imagine, this month,
if you were able to move through a series
of changes in your life which would heal
so much of the uncertainty and feelings
of being different which you have had
for most of your life. This is huge and
healing. Most people are unable to "get
off the couch" or out of their proverbial
comfort zone to do what you are doing, to
heal their past. Any and all healing of
the issues you are currently facing will
have a positive impact on your life even
if your perception of the event is limited.
As time goes by and you step away from the
"painting" of your life, the images and
the feelings will become clearer.

In the meantime, anything you can do to
"raise your vibration" during this time
when you are moving from your old comfort
zone into a new one, will be of benefit.
This could be using supplements to support
your liver, "the seat of the emotions", or
music or aromatherapy. I know since I am
also feeling stuff stacking up on me and
so knowing the control I can exert over it
is to actually work at raising my resonance,
I am using my highest frequency oils and
I am eating foods which I know will not
muddle my energy. I am getting plenty of
rest and taking those soaking baths so I
can meditate and soothe the discomforted
mental hairs into a snazzy ponytail...ggg.

Here is an emotional scale which may help
you work through some of the feelings you
are experiencing~~

I have some of the Abraham-Hicks CDs and
also DVDs like Wayne Dyer and Eckart Tolle
and Ruiz is also a favorite. Listening to
others share their processes helps me to
sift through what I resonate with and then
implement the tools to help myself gain
momentum in a positive mental construct.

If none of this appeals to you, I would
suggest watching a month of comedies. I
find that sometimes distracting myself
from listening to my own thoughts and by
watching or listening to others, I get
past the "I wanna puke" part of my own
processing and doubts about an issue.
Little by little, step by step, I always
move away from the discomfort into the
new comfort zone.
