Dermatologist appt. & patch test results

I think I am giving up on dr's. Derm says it's chronic and no cure. I was practically begging her for help. She did a skin culture to make sure it's atopic dermatitis and gave me a stitch and there will be a scar. I am having a hard time believing I can't cure this but on the other hand nothing is working. Now I am trying ACV & baking soda 3 x a day. I tried applying the ACV to my itchy hands and fingers but it didn't stop the itch.

My patch test only came back a very very slight positive for Cobalt. Which is similiar to nickel. On things like utensils, tools, costume jewelry and some other stuff. But she doesn't think that's causing it because it's so slight. She also doesn't think dust mites, milk and soy is causing it either. Says with the food I would have hives or a rash around my mouth. I am still elminating milk and soy and will probably spend hundres of dollars on dust mite prevention.

Allergist thinks I am touching something. But what??? Can't believe they can't figure this out. Maybe I'm just in denial that this is going to be my life now. How depressing!!! Well at least my face still looks good.
