Hi Trakar & Poppy Seed,

Thanks for the advice! I will increase the shake to three times a day (that was a great link, thank you) and I've checked out the poor guy who cured his Chrones. Unreal!

I thought of something else that used to happen. I used to wake up at about 2:30 - 3: a.m. feeling nauseous. It was during a really stressful time at work and last happened about six months ago. It happens every few months.

When I became nauseous, I would run to the bathroom and dry heave quite violently. I never actually brought anything up. My doctor put me on Paxil (sigh - I only took it for a short time) but someone mentioned it might be due to my liver.

Has anyone else ever had this happen or know someone who has?
