My question will surely show my ignorance or that I have “brain fog”.
From your post, I have the understanding that you suggest that not all source of alcohol have the same effect when acid/alkaline balance is concerned.
Until now, I always believed that all source of alcohol were acidic. I understood that beer could be the worst. Some people said that red wine, when taken moderately (and without sulfites/nitrites) could be beneficial.
Could you enlighten me?
Thanks

Answer: What most may not understand may be that Beer and Wine are a Fermented product that has Fermented to a point of aging may we say and is bottled for use?
Hard Alcohol is also a Fermented product, but it is also Distilled Causing it to become High Proof Alcohol !
The more it is Distilled may mean the Higher Proof Alcohol it has become?
This process may Cause it to then act as a Preservative where Life cannot Live in it?
It is now a Hydrocarbon that may be used to Burn in place of Diesel Fuel or Gasoline in engines ! We cannot do this with Beer or Wine as they are not a Distilled Hydrocarbon !
Life cannot exist on Hydrocarbons !
The effects on the body of a Hydrocarbon in relationship to pH may be Different than just a Fermented product?
While all Alcohol products may Cause the Lymphatic Fluids to become more Acidic, the Hard Alcohol also may act as a Preservative vs Beer and Wine will Not !
Cause and Effect !
As usual not everything may be as it may 1st seem to be !
