need advice on taking perscriptions while MCing

Hi
Im a lurker, who's ready to start the MC. My question is, should I continue taking my perscription medication while I fast? I take 300 mg Effexor, 150 mg Welbutrin both for Depression, and 1 mg Estrodial for hot flashes and early menopause.

Im so excited to get started!
