Since I have tried hot/cold showers before this protocol and did not have the exact same success with body temp, I would think it was the whole protocol (minerals + trace) as well as the showers that helped in my situation. Helped get rid of hot flashes also.
When I'm in the the tub....wet...I can only tell I'm sweating because my forehead and yes, the amount does seem appropriate for whatever physical activity/temp that I'm involved in.
I remember I use to try and work in the yard (in the heat) and become so nauseous because I just would heat up without any sweat to relieve me. I could only work for a very short amount of time.
For someone who's body is already overly acidic, adding things that make you more acidic like hard physical work, heat and sun create a very dangerous setup for someone who can not sweat.
