Over 30 days with light activity, I would expect you to lose about 10-15 pounds of fat as well as about 15 pounds of temporary water loss which would most assuredly be back on your body within about 2-3 weeks of ending your fast.
You will thus be artificially skinny (as i was) until you experience the swift and inevitable return to your normal water levels... at which point i would expect you to be quite delighted with the lean and ripped body composition that would accompany your 165-170 pound frame.
