Thanks for your message, well, it's 14 hours since my last meal and I would like to share with you my observations abut how to protect myslef to fail again. And I also consider each of one of my previous attempts a learning expirience, thus I try to learn from those times. So, here is what I plan to do now:
1.- Have a strong set of "why am I doing this", the first set of attempts was for either weight loss, or health but they were not really tatooed into my soul when I started them,I learned that I have to visualize the end result in my mind a lot of times before and during the fast.
2.-This is the more important one, making sure to have complete rest and not going out for FUN in the fist 3 days, I have to go tomorrow to the office, however after that I already have a good book, some movies I want to see and I have no sweets at home...Important!
What was my most intense cravings in the second day? quesadillas and chocolate cookies, probaly due to my very low levels of glucose in my body, so well.. let's keep going, time to drink water.
