Hi

The pH depends on many things. Did you eat proteins. Digestion of proteins creates ammonia which is alkaline.

Very simplistically

Protein digestion--> Ammonia --> Urea

Excess protein, excess NPN, problems digesting proteins can make alkaline urine.

A quick search http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urea


But you may find more if you search the web about protein digestions ...
