Spinach salad with sunflower seeds, walnuts, egg, broccoli and tomato; or a mediterranean salad with avacado, tomatoes, sprouts, eggplant and chickpeas; or vegetable curry;
Anything you want with a baked sweet potato or squash, and asparagus. To make the sweet potato absolutely delicious, put butter, cinnamon, and brown Sugar on top and put it under the broiler for a few seconds.
I like to eat like this, and love it! I don't feel like I miss out on anything, either.
