Bikram yoga. Yes, it's too much. Too much heat. Too much exercise. Way too much force being applied.


I think we need a post here, in the RRR messages that clearly states for all to see, that the optimal is to expend very little energy. The central principle of Water Fasting that makes it even advisable is to let the body use all -or most of- its energies to accomplish repair, rejuvenation, and restoration of the person, back to something approaching natural health.

Any additional force applied (and Bikram yoga is fine at other times!) is just the wrong approach to take.
