Re: Liver flush and being sick

DO you mean you threw up?

Throwing up is either

- drinking (eating) in between you should fast fully.
- parasites - it is advisable to do a parasite cleanse before doing the liver flush.

These are the data 'by the book', but I have read testimonies on the Liver Flush Forum of having done none of the above yet, throwing up.

Congrats on expelling the big stones.
It is a good idea to do an enema - on the day after, PM to helpt the toxic stones out as fast as possible

It is advisable to do 3 Liver Flushes in a row.... be fore switching to another cleanse (actually as many as needed to feel overwhelming well the second day after.

After the Liver Flush the liver produces new bile and pushes more stone near the bile duct.

You should ONLY do Liver Flushes 2 weeks apart.
Or your liver will be overworked.
