so 4 weeks on and no improvement at all. hands, wrist and facial areas still red and drying out.
i've just started with a new chinese herblist who's basically repeated what all my previous herblist have said - too much toxins! so she's given me some herbs to try over the next fortnight along with some other instructions:
red meat, shellfish, spicy foods,
and if possible take warm baths with Sea Salt and an ounc of olive oil.
i've also temporarily moved rooms as my old one was poorly ventilated and constantly cold.
i think i'll start hitting the gym again and try this thing they call mediation :)
hopefully i'll see some improvement. summer is quickly approaching!! >=/
