I have a doctor's appointment this week and am feeling super bloated. I really want to be a part of the diet program, but if I don't lose weight by the next time we meet, then I can't stay in the program.
I am feeling super duper bloated, and need help with getting rid of the water weight.
I am currently eating lots of watermelon, water, coffee, and veggies and protein. I am avoiding bread and flour stuffs.
