I find that when I eat pasta or bread or rice, I am very happy and comfy, but I also tend to overeat and pig out.
In an effort to lose weight, I am focusing on fruits and veggies and protein....no rice or pasta or bread or cereal.
I feel like I have more energy when I eat this way....but I am sooo irritable when I stop eating grains.
Has anyone else had success with removing grains and gluten from their diet?
I feel in general that my body is fatigued and in need of a detox. I have used Oxypowder , and other colon cleansers and I have never seen any of the mucoid plaque. Could some people just not have it? Especially if they have done the quick prep saline drinks?
