The color of the pH paper color must be compared with the chart of the roll. As there are many manufacturers as well as many graduation schemes, saying in a post what the color is unfortunately does not tell much.

PH testing is just a tool. What helps is to see how it measures and evolves with time.

After a while you might be able to relate changes in your symptoms with changes in your pH. Ex more pain as pH lowers. More brain fog ...

Urine pH of 5 maybe a concern if it is always at that figure. Also when was it taken?

What do you eat? Are you doing any cleansing? Do you drink a lot of water? Do you do a lot of physical activities?

These are a few things that can affect the pH values.
