It has been a while since I was last on here. I am starting with a two day fast that may or may not extend to a three day fast. Going to take it slow as I tend to be too abitious and then let myself down.
My aim is to lose weight and fit into a gorgeous pair of trousers I just bought. So I will let you know the progress.
Start of day one - they will not even go over my thighs. lol - if I didnt laugh I would cry.
