I did a half day yesterday to get my head round starting today. My aim is to do two days today and Sunday.
Fasting in the past for me - started with 24 hours then couple of years later - did a 3 day fast. Then waited another couple of years before attempting a 5 day fast and I have managed 3 of those. My longest was a 7 day fast and I did that twice. I really do feel that it is a gradual build up so that is why I am doing 2 days this week and next week start on the Friday and a 4 day fast.
