What I did to knock out tooth infections

Hey Antarehs,

How are you? My Dad has metel fillings and has had no problems using the Zapper, and my mom has used it to stop a tooth ache and she also has metel fillings.

I used to have a tooth infections all the time, and I want to share what I did that stopped them.

* Use peroxide as a mouth wash, as it kills germs by oxygenating. Hulda Clark recommends using Peroxide instead of toothpaste for those who have metel fillings, and/or baking soda for those who don't. Toothpaste has Sugar and chemicals that compromise your immune system. Consider at least getting a natural flouride-free toothpaste.

* Bring your pH balance up to 7.0 or higher (you can get syliva test strips very easily from health food stores or online inexpensively) - anytime you feel less then the best, test your pH. A slightly alkaline pH, 7.5 is best.
You can raise it by various methods, one is by eating green foods and cutting back on starches and meats. The more greens etc you eat, the more you can afford to have a little sugar, starches and meats. There are charts available online, here is one that might help you.

* Cut back on Sugar quantity, not just contact. Sugar is bad for your teeth because it lowers your pH. Substituting with chemical sugars doesn't do much good. Stevia is a good choice if you can learn to like it, and at least using more natural sugars in baking, such as mollases, honey, raw sugar, will improve your bodies response to it.

* Mouth germs are contagious. I find that sometimes after drinking after someone, I can get sore gums or the beginnings of a tooth ache, when I haven't had one for years. I don't regularly brush or floss my teeth, as I find that I actually get more susceptable to infections when I do, (I brush every few days/when my teeth feel mossy). A certain amount of plac is protective.

What I do when I get sore gums:

Anytime you start to feel your teeth getting tender/sore or hurting, I use a Zapper right away. (I have the $10 Zapperplans.com Zapper and it works great!) and/or I might swish some Colloidal Silver around. The key is just to nip it in the bud. Don't give an infection a chance to establish itself.

#1 You will only get infected if you don't have a high enough pH
#2 Take precautions to keep your mouth clean and body healthy
#3 If infected, kill it quick!

--

I hope this helps you. I had to have 2 moulers pulled before I turned 15, and have had 7-10 fillings over the years. Since I've changed my take on tooth care, I've been cavity free for years.

Happy day!
