Do 2 things:

> get some charcoal (bulk) see Tom Harrelson's web page on this. Mix this with some bulking fiber (psyllium mix) and some Pascalite clay.

> lots of antioxidants such as Vit C at 10g+ per day. Use mineral ascorbates and do multiple small doses to prevent bowel intolerance.
