I think you might be dealing with a type of roundworm called "strongyloides". The adults live in the gut area - the eggs are released into the blood where they are deposited in the lungs.

When they hatch out in the lungs - the larvae begin traveling througout the body. They travel just under the surface of the skin - in the arms, the legs and so forth. And when a strongyloide larvae is traveling - it can feel HUGE.

They can also travel in the head area - the nose - the sinus cavaties and so forth. When they grow too large for traveling - they will return to the gut area to live as adults and the cycle begins again.

My advice is to do a HUMAWORM parasite cleanse - it will clean them out from all over the body. Also the medicated cream will be helpful when they begin to die - their dying just under the skin can create skin sores and the cream will neutrilize the toxins put off in the process.
