What comes to giving up, I will be one of the last ones standing!:)
Typical symptoms are burning of digestive track, excess gas, low urinary PH.
My food intake is in my opinion very healthy. Without turning this to boring text, I eat lot of fruit, vegetables cereals and some meat and about same amount of fish & seafood.
I avoid white flour and products made out of it, pasta and generally excess amount of refined carbohydrates. Also I am limiting salt intake.
I have a history of heavy (and wrong) medication because of wrong diagnosis by doctors.
Most of it is now thing of the past, like statins, beta-blockers, blood thinning meds, anti-AF meds.
I don’t know if this is the right place, it is sometimes difficult to separate bad apples from good apples!:)
