Sorry to hear that. I guess all of those habits you have gotten yourself into are better than if you didn't. Your skin might not be as good as you think it should be (I would definitly keep on researching on why that is the case) but the rest of your body (if not on the outside, definitly the inside) must be grateful for the changes.
Good things come to those who wait (what my grandma used to say all the time) so continue to be pro-active and hopefully relief will come your way.
Having problems with your skin has got to be so painful (emotionally if not physically).
