Hi I just have one suggestion about the tooth. If you look in a dental book, you'll see that the sinus is close to the tips of the roots of your upper teeth. When my sinuses are full my upper teeth hurt till my sinuses drain. It's really bad if I jump. Is it an upper tooth? There shouldn't be any pain if the nerve has been removed right? So maybe it's just the pressure of the sinus? An x-ray might ease your mind about the state of the tooth itself, especially since you've invested so much into it.
