when i bought it i took a few tablespoons per day to clean out a parasitic infestation as did many in my family

DE is also good for a multitude of other ailments as well as around the house.....check out the website. it's a natural bug killer and here in TX we have a lot of BUGS!! put it in flour, rice, grain, cereal containers to keep bugs out...etc. Also, great for pets!
