I have spider veins on my face [lovely I know] that have not yet diminished. I also have weird pinhead red bumps on my body. I read somewhere that was from liver issues? OY.

The spider veins (nevus) on the face is from high estrogen levels. This can indicate liver problems as a normally functioning liver breaks down excess estrogen.
