So, is it possible to say that the emotional state of a person has more impact (than diet) on the well-being of the human??
For example: if I am under alot of stress and the only way to deal (for me) is to go back to smoking right now, would this be less dangerous than not coping with stress?
I am not encouraging any destructive behaviour but I feel I am a person who has alot of stress related issue and always had difficulty coping with stress.
