Probiotics like kefir will help reestablish the flora. Let it ferment a little longer than normal to reduce the Sugar as much as possible. I recommend a big glass full in the morning and one in the evening before going to bed. Follow it with a little water to wash the teeth of and to dilute the stomach acid. And you will need prebiotic fibers to stimulate the growth of the flora. My favorite prebiotics are rice bran, oat bran, or fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
